Todd Malecha: Visionary and President
Strategically, Todd provides the overall vision and is responsible for making the business viable so the next generation has the opportunity to take part. Todd has a Type 4 Wastewater Applicator certification which will allow Precision Pumping to provide services to municipalities throughout MN for wastewater and sludge.
Louise Malecha: HR and Dairy Manager
Louise manages Malecha Dairy working with key people. She oversees and leads the human resources at the dairy. She is mentoring her key people at the dairy for the future years. On January 13th, 2021 she launched her first book, “Going to Papa and Nana’s Farm”.
William Malecha: Integrator and Operations Manager
William takes an active role of managing the cropping, baling, and chopping sectors of the business. At the dairy, his focus has been to provide good quality feed. He has excellent management skills to lead his teams of people in the different operations. He shows great customer service while providing an excellent finished product in a timely manner.
Jonathan Malecha: Shop and Precision Pumping Manager
Jonathan has taken an active role in managing the personnel in the shop and the pumping sector of the business. With his excellent management and leadership skills, he leads his pumping crews whether he is on the job sites or offsite. He shows excellent customer service to Precision Pumping clients. He is accountable to finish the jobs in a timely manner.
Emily Malecha: Marketing and Office Assistant
Emily has an active role assisting in the office with bookkeeping and marketing. She is strongly involved in the H2A labor. She works with William and Jonathan to collect harvest numbers for baling and chopping.
